Gerry’s appropriation of Santiago Sierra’s work

I just wanted to share with you my student Gerry Duran‘s appropriation/critique of Santiago Sierra’s 250 Cm line tattooed on 6 paid people.

This is a piece that I have personally been thinking about and writing on… and after discussing Sierra’s work in class… Gerry came up with a brilliant response/opposition to Sierra’s work.

Please look at his piece here… and let us know what you think!
